The Mill Covid Policy

We believe that now more than ever people need work spaces outside of their homes. With remote work here to stay, we need quiet, productive places to get work done without the distractions of home. We also need fast Wifi, a Zoom background that’s not our kitchen, and a bit of social interaction with other real-life humans is always nice, too.

But how to work safely alongside others in the age of COVID-19? We have implemented increased desk spacing and additional cleanings. In addition, we ask that members follow the following guidelines.

  1. Stay home if you have any COVID symptoms.

  2. No guests at the Mill. Please lock the door to keep the space limited to members only

  3. Notify The Mill if you test positive so that we can notify others of exposure.

  4. Follow these the California Workplace Guidelines.
